I am a young elf that hails from Rivendell. My parents were ambassadors and traveled to many lands before the shadow began to grow. While journeying back to our homeland, after warning the peoples of Middle-Earth of the threat to their homes, they were slaughtered by orcs. I witnessed the slaying, but was able to flee. Since then, I had continued to travel and warn villages. I met a human man, by the name of Timmon, that had similar experiences as myself. We both felt very strong about saving as many from the hands of destruction that we could. We decided to continue our journey together and travel to villages and inform the townsfolk of the shadow. After a brief period, the bond of love grew strong between us and we knew that we would spend the rest of our lives together. We swore to each other that, as soon as the danger had passed, we would settle and have a family. One night while sleeping, we were attacked by a large band of orcs. Fate again saved me from their hands. I had covered myself that night with my cloak for there was a chill in the air. Unobserved by the magic from my cloak, I lay helpless while my love was taken from me. I lay that night next to his cooling body, vowing revenge. I buried him as the warm sun broke the dawn. I fled that place of sorrow and left behind my heart as well. I later learned that a shop keep had sold our whereabouts to the enemy. I became a bitter and lost soul. The shadow itself almost consumed me and I had lost all trust in all living beings. I was alone for many months. I awoke one morning and realized I had become exactly what I hated most. A cold uncaring soul. I vowed then that I would continue to alert villages of the peril. For if not then, the deaths of my parents and my love would have been in vain. I have been alone for many years and now search for a group of companions to help me with my mission. I tend to be reserved and quiet from my years of solitude, but once known, am a faithful and dedicated friend. I am exceptionally skilled in warfare as well as diplomacy. Though, I may travel alone, I have come to realize that I seek the company of others when I can. I long for friends to share my fears and aspirations with.
I have found myself sensing that, maybe here, I can find a place to return to after my long days of isolation.

LOL, well I told myself that I would use my mine and mother's name in a generator and come up with a combination of the two. Nev = to be near, Naar = to burn. I suppose that "ial" is just a feminine version of what I put together. I could be wrong. Please correct me if I am. Hhhmmm, now that I think about it, to be near and to burn is kind of freaky. Makes me look like some kind of pyromaniac.

there is a hobbit name generator and a elf name generator...you can place your real name in and get a translated name...or you can put in something about yourself...Finduilas Ancalimon..means intuitive eyes because I lip read.
you could put in salt and christian and it will give you a name that translates to that

Well, I am not really sure. I do want to train in as much combat as possible, because I feel a majority of our members will want to explore other tasks such as healing and crafting. I want to be able to protect them as they advance in there own skills. Plus, I don't want any other kiships to try and take advantage of us and I want them to know... Don't mess with the SHoA!

That is great and you are right..we hope to have all areas covered. I will use a dagger prob as my weapon or a staff. As I stated before I will be a good warrior..but I hope to be better at healing and such.
No decisions have to be made..I was just curious..Are you looking at archery as one of your strong points?
I hope they have some sort of Stealth skill as I will train that as well...I am sure Hobbits will be great at stealth

An elf without archery skills is like a weekend in Vegas without gambling! I will definately focus on any skills that will help Nev be a better "Avenger"!
